Poetry on Superstition.

I'm not a human being, I'm not a thing, But I can influence anything and everything. I didn't have an exact birth place, I don't have a proper place  But I can place every replacement. I can't think even I can't wink, But those who believe me in every link and I can make them to overthink.  I can't feel and even can't make any deal, But for those who follows me, I do can seal. I won't have feeling, I never make dealing,  but once you believe me, your brain will be feeding.  I never know crime, I don't wait for time , But anything can be happened if you believe me everytime. I don't have color, I don't have exact structure, But I can influence everyone even the nature. I never predict the future,I never protect the creature, But what I can do is always depends on the human nature. Be a leader not a boss.

Leaders are people that are responsible for inspiring, guiding and leading a group of people on a path for a common cause. A boss is a person who is in charge of the work place. A leader and a boss can be the same thing or two different things depending on the qualities that a person has. A leader could be the boss or a boss could be a leader, while it could be the complete opposite where a leader is not a boss, nor is a boss a leader. Not all bosses are leaders, but they both play an important role in our lives. Leaders are people that are responsible for inspiring, guiding and leading a group of people on a path for a common cause. A leader is someone who is looked upon and is followed blindly.
